In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 7 days of any purchase, Udinra will refund the full price you paid upon request if it fulfills the conditions mentioned in the post.Simply let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided after more than 7 days following purchase. For purchases made by PayPal refund amount will be equal to (amount paid for product – paypal charges for refund and payment).
You will need to provide evidence that the product is not working as per promised.The product feature set will be used for evaluation purpose.We may customize the tailor product as per your requirement if it is small bug in product.This will be free and after that no refund will be provided.
The customization will not cover any new feature request.The new feature requests will be charged as per requirement.Also it is expected that customer will not use the product or any output generated from product in any form from the date of refund request.We will verify and if the product or any output related to product are in use then refund will not be processed.
Partial refund can also be considered if support request was made by customer.In that case Support fees will not be charged.It will be deducted from the amount paid by customer and partial refund may be processed.
The refund policy is not applicable on money paid for development or consultation service.These services include modification of Udinra products and any other freelancing services.As payment for this services are requested after user acceptance.The refund policy does not cover the eBooks as well.
